NEILLEY, BARBARA ANN

BARBARA ANN (BALL) NEILLEY, age 84, went home to be with her Jesus on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the David Simpson Hospice House. She was a faithful member of the Aspinwall Church of God.

Barbara was born May 31, 1937, at O’Keeffe, WV to the late Byron (Doc) Ball and the late Cassie (Murphy) Ball.

After graduating high school in 1955, she moved to Columbus, OH, where she met and married her late husband, William (Bill) Neilley on November 27, 1970.

In 2016, Barbara relocated to Cleveland, OH, to be near her niece and husband, Robin and Ron Varney.

She was also preceded in death by her stepmom, Beulah (Boyd) Ball, brother and sister-in-law, William and Janice Ball, and sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Don Cobb.

Barbara is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

She was an avid reader and loved spending time with family and friends. Everyone who met her went away positively impacted by her love, kind spirit, wisdom, and sense of humor.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Aspinwall Church of God 14627 Aspinwall Avenue Cleveland, OH 44110.
