Charles C Wilkey, 55, of Fairview Park, Oh, passed away on 10-18-2019 surrounded by family and friends. A much loved brother, son and Uncle, he was born to parents Charlene Sprankel and Everett Leon Wilkey, on 02-01-1964 in Green, Oh.

Chuck battled health issues most of his life from a pituitary tumor and finally succumbing to kidney failure following complications from the removal of his pancreas and gallbladder due to a condition that would have led to pancreatic cancer.

Chuck was a music lover and spent his happiest years as a recording engineer at Harvest Recording Studio where he also lived beneath the studio in the barn in Streetsboro, Oh. When his hearing declined he adapted by creating Red Barn Graphics to serve the visual art needs of studio patrons.

He excelled in art, music, photography, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Charles is survived by Charlene Sprankel, Mother, Siblings Jeffrey Wilkey (Michalene), Melanie Doyle, Steven Sprankel (Ashley), Brian Wilkey, Benjamin Wilkey, Tara Cardona (Angel) Nieces and nephews Tara Leann, Tyler Joseph, Sean, Kaylee, Katerina, Henry and Winnie.

He was preceded in death by Everett Leon Wilkey, Father.

A brief Memorial service followed by a celebration of life is scheduled for 2pm Saturday, November 2, 2019 at The Winchester Music Tavern 12112 Madison Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107. Tamar Gray will officiate the ceremony.
