Devoted husband and father
MAGGARD, Rickey “Rick” age 62, passed March 23rd, 2023.Rick is survived by his loving wife Sharon Maggard (Dutton.) The two were each others life long companions and best friends for 42 years. They were blessed with two daughters Jessica, and Kayla.

Rick worked as a service worker for the City of Parma Hts for 33 years. He was a talented carpenter who loved fixing everything. His favorite pass time was being with his family, joking around, listening to music, and playing air guitar.

Rick was a survived by his wife Sharon; children Jessica (Mark) Ziemski, Kayla Maggard; ten siblings, many nieces and nephews, and friends.

Rick was preceded in death by his mother Audrey Thompson and father Ray Maggard.

Rick will be remembered most for his ability to light up any room he walked into. It was impossible to leave his presence without sharing at least one laugh. Rick was thought of as a father figure by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Celebration for Ricks life will be held on April 6th 2023 from 6-8PM at The Malloy-Esposito Celebration Center 6384 Pearl Rd. Parma Heights, OH 44130.
