RAYMOND "CHUCK" MATHEWS, 62, passed away June 30, 2012. Beloved husband of Blazenka, loving father of Robert (Tammy), Christopher (Nikki) and Ashley, dear grandfather of 10. The family will receive friends at Aspinwall Church of God, 14627 Aspinwall Avenue, Thursday, July 5 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, July 6 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a service immediately following. Internment Whitehaven Memorial Park.


JAMES R. HART, age 70, passed away June 28, 2012. Beloved husband of 49 years to Janet (nee Taraschke); loving father of Julie Gerda (Dave) and Jeff (Lauri), loving "papa" of Denise, Ryan, Danielle, Jake and Haley. Son of the late Ralph and Lorna (Kydd) Hart. Fond brother of Valerie (Ron Valle), and Charles (Susan). Jim retired early as manager of benefits from Sohio and became active in his community of Columbia Station. He was a member of the school and zoning boards and Chairman of the Homecoming Festival. Jim was one of the founding members of the Western Reserve Fire Museum. For the last 17 years he and his wife lived the full-timing lifestyle in their RV with the address of "somewhere in North America". Burial will be private with a celebration of life later in August. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts in Jim's name to Columbia Community Foundation, PO Box 567, Columbia Station, OH 44028 or the Western Reserve Fire Museum, 310 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44115.


HELEN HANSINGER, 98, passed away June 21, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Joseph, loving mother of Jerome and Patricia Kubec (William), cherished grandmother of 3, great-grandmother of 2 and sister of many. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, June 26 at 10 a.m., St. Clement Church, 2022 Lincoln Avenue, Lakewood. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.


Clayton TwiggCLAYTON THOMAS TWIGG, a kind and gentle man, passed away at the age of 69 on June 27, 2012. He leaves behind wonderful memories, a loving wife, Rose (nee Kurkjian), sons Clayton, Michael and David (Kristen), grandsons Jakob and Kristopher, a sister, Genevieve Lenox (James) and brother David (Lealofi), extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Westlake United Methodist Church, 27650 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Greater Cleveland Council, Boy Scouts of America, Westlake United Methodist Church or University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center.


GLENN LEE CHAPMAN, 69, passed away June 24, 2012 in Cleveland, Ohio. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Oran W. and Betty J. (House) and special uncle Kenneth Chapman. He is survived by former spouses, Suellen Bennett and Kris Shoop, his children, Brian (Laura) of Loudonville, Bradley (Sherry) of Killbuck, Brentley (Deb) and Bethany DeVincent (David), both of Brinkhaven; his grandchildren, Bobby, Derrick, Nicholas, Kayla, Bradley Jr., Brandon, Katarina, Mariah, Mason, Jarin, Joshua and 3 great grandchildren. Glenn was an Air Force veteran and retired construction worker who enjoyed geneology, historical vehicles, coin and gun collecting. He was a member of Brinkhaven Church of Christ. Private family service.
